Pat Tomasulo is a Chicago-based stand-up comedian, TV host, actor and podcaster. One of the top headlining acts in Chicago, his very first one-hour comedy special, “What A Time To Be Alive,” will be released in early 2022. You can also see and hear him weekly on “The Pat Tomasulo Podcast,” one of the highest-charting podcasts on Apple’s “Stand-Up Comedy” podcast rankings. And if you live in the Chicagoland area, you can see Pat every morning as one of the hosts of the WGN Morning News, the highest-rated AM news program in Chicago for over 10 years running. Other TV credits include guest host and contributor to “LIVE! With Regis and Kelly,” and co-host of “Shaq Vs,” an ABC primetime reality show featuring basketball superstar Shaquille O’Neal. Pat is also the creator and host of “Laugh Your Face Off,” an annual comedy benefit that has raised over $2.6M for The Facial Pain Research Foundation, a group that funds research to cure trigeminal neuralgia, a rare pain condition his wife, Amy, suffers from. He’ll bring his observational, absurdist humor to the stage, riffing through a variety of life observations, topical news and sports and the idiosyncrasies of being human, peppered throughout with witty commentary. Bring on the belly laughs!

This one is not for the kids! Audience discretion is advised.

This production will take place at Lincoln Cultural Center located at 240 Warren Ave Kankakee IL 60901.

Now one of the most performed shows in America, Seussical is a fantastical, magical, musical extravaganza that lovingly brings to life all of our favorite Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, The Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz, lazy Mayzie and a little boy with a big imagination – Jojo. The colorful characters transport us from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus to the invisible world of the Whos. The Cat in the Hat tells the story of Horton, an elephant who discovers a speck of dust that contains the Whos, including Jojo, a Who child sent off to military school for thinking too many "thinks." Horton faces a double challenge: not only must he protect the Whos from a world of naysayers and dangers, but he must guard an abandoned egg, left in his care by the irresponsible Mayzie La Bird. Although Horton faces ridicule, danger, kidnapping and a trial, the intrepid Gertrude McFuzz never loses faith in him. Ultimately, the powers of friendship, loyalty, family and community are challenged and emerge triumphant. Seussical is fun for the whole family!

Marlin, an anxious and over-protective clownfish, lives in the Great Barrier Reef with his kid Nemo, who longs to explore the world beyond their anemone home. But when Nemo is captured and taken to Sydney, Marlin faces his fears and sets off on an epic adventure across the ocean. With the help of lovable characters such as optimistic Dory, laid-back sea turtle Crush, and the supportive Tank Gang, Marlin and Nemo both overcome challenges on their journey to find each other and themselves. Featuring memorable songs such as “Just Keep Swimming,” “Fish Are Friends Not Food,” and “Go With the Flow,” Finding Nemo JR. brings a vibrant underwater world to life on stage in a story full of family, friendship, and adventure.

THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD ~ Based on Charles Dickens’ final unfinished novel, this hilarious whodunit invites the audience to solve its mystery by choosing the identity of the murderer. The tale is presented as a show-within-a-show, as the Music Hall Royale - a delightfully loony Victorian theatre company - presents Dickens’ brooding mystery. Musical numbers include “Perfect Strangers,” “Don’t Quit While You’re Ahead,” “Off To The Races” and “Moonfall.”
