Fall Stroll & Scarecrow Festival
Policies and Procedures
• A Facebook events page will be created, and promotion will be provided including radio and print.
• Vendors are requested to share the event on their Facebook pages and other pages.
• Booth spaces are assigned; set up begins at 8:00 a.m. Late arrivals (after 10 am) will not be allowed to set up and no refunds given.
• All vehicles must be unloaded and moved to designated parking area by 10:30am.
• No early departures are allowed unless approved by the festival co-chairs.
• Tables must have matching full-length tablecloths; overstock is to be stored out of sight. Any booth with a liquid product must be pre-approved by CAC; you may be asked to remove any materials deemed inappropriate; no markings on the grounds; no glitter; other restrictions apply.
• Vendors will be responsible for any property damage that they cause.
• CAC, their representatives, the Fall Stroll & Scarecrow Festival, the Village of Bradley and their employees/representatives, Bourbonnais Township Park District and their employees/representatives are not responsible for any loss, damage or stolen items.
• Security: Participants are responsible for their own equipment and items.
• Use of Images: By participating, attendees and vendors consent that images at the event may be used by CAC, Village of Bradley, BTPD, and affiliates.
