THE MISSION OF THE CAC IS TO SERVE AS A CENTRAL BODY TO PROMOTE, DEVELOP, STIMULATE, AND ENCOURAGE ARTS ORGANIZATIONS, ARTISTS, AND ARTS PARTICIPATION IN KANKAKEE COUNTY.
